Consultation (1½-2hrs)

This is an action plan for the do-it-yourselfer. We will meet with you at your home and do a room by room accessment, taking notes and photos. A prioritized report will be provided within 48 hrs to the homeowner and/or realtor detailing the changes we suggest as well as helpful hints & suggestions to turn your home into showcase condition.

Partial to Complete Staging (2-6 hrs)

Looking through 'buyers eyes' we will work hands-on with you in your home two or more hours focusing on the major impact rooms to show off their best features. Clutter elimination, furniture and accessory** layout and lighting are a few of the considerations to add warmth and appeal.

Whether it's one or two rooms or an entire house we will work within your budget so you determine the time/price limit. A 'to do' list of suggested repairs or improvements will be provided to you and/or your realtor to give your home that added special touch.

**Purchases of new accessories, if needed, can usually be acquired for under $100.**

Vacant or Model Home

Vacant homes just don’t show well. Buyers typically cannot envision how great a home can look with furniture and accessories. Small imperfections are more noticeable and are etched into a buyer’s memory. We will walk through your home, taking notes and photos. We will personally select & arrange quality furnishings & accessories to give a warm inviting feeling. Coordinate rental, delivery, pick up and placement of rental furniture through our participating partners.*

*Rental charges will be invoiced directly by the furniture or rental company on a monthly basis.

Staging Inspection and Showing Preparation

You’ve worked hard to get your home in showcase condition. Stage Struck can be available for any last minute preparation for a special showing or open house. Fresh flowers, special individual touches or just special hints and suggestions to help with final touches. This added assistance ensures that your house will look it’s best and give it that added WOW feature.

Gift Certificates

What would be more appreciated than the gift of beauty, balance and renewal for your home. Great idea for housewarming, birthday, anniversary or Mother’s Day. We can re-invent a room with your current furnishings and accessories or provide some personal advice on color for a ‘new’ look or help with organizing.
