Expert ( HSE ) and is an associate member of the Southeast
Minnesota Association of Realtors. She has had a life long
passion for home design, color and architecture and is constantly
refreshing and updating her skills through ongoing education
as well as staying on top of the ever changing trends in the
housing market. With an extensive background in customer service
for a large corporation she has a clear perspective of working
with people. Her strength is her ability to relate to her
customers and the stress factors that come with buying or
selling a home. Denise puts herself in the buyer’s shoes,
understanding and relating to the impact of first impressions
that will help the seller to prepare a home to have that certain
something . Having staged and sold her own home
